THE PATIENT

38 year old woman, 5’7”, 150 lbs., breast implant revision, breast lift, 32 DDD cup to 32 D cup, Orange County, Ca

This patient had her original breast augmentation 15 years before, her breasts were now painful and she wanted them smaller and perkier. For this procedure her original Mentor textured saline implants (420 cc on the right, 455 cc on the left) were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (325 cc on the right, 350 cc on the left) under the muscle. She had her capsules revised, suture fixations, and a full mastopexy lift. These photos were taken 2 years after her surgery.
