This patient wanted to improve her breasts after breastfeeding her children. She started with a 34 B cup and wanted to be a full 34 C cup or small 34 D cup. She wanted her breast to look perkier and fuller but to also look natural. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 300 cc implant placed under the muscle with a simultaneous T mastopexy breast lift. These photos were taken 9 months after her surgery.
