This patient felt that her breasts were too low and deflated after having a child; she wanted her breasts to be perkier and to fill out a 32 D cup. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 500 cc implants placed under the muscle with a full mastopexy breast lift. These photos were taken 2.5 months after her surgery.
