THE PATIENT

54-year-old woman, 5’4”, 170 lbs, implant removal with breast lift, full abdominoplasty with liposuction, San Bernardino, CA

This patient from San Bernardino came to see Dr. Anton to address changes in her body over time. She had saline breast implants placed years ago and felt ready for a more natural look. She also wanted to restore a firmer, more contoured midsection.

Dr. Anton removed her original 390cc saline implants and performed a breast lift to reshape and support the natural tissue. Liposuction was done to the sides of the breasts and chest (75cc right, 100cc left) for improved balance and contour.

For her midsection, Dr. Anton performed a full tummy tuck with triple muscle tightening. He removed 1.16 kg (2.6 lbs) of excess tissue and performed liposuction to the abdomen and waist (750cc). These changes helped bring back a smoother shape and core support.
