31 year old woman, 5’3”, 145 lbs, breast augmentation with lift, tummy tuck, Los Angeles, Ca
This patient was unhappy with her body after having children. Her breasts had shrunk and stretched out after having kids; she wanted to wear a full 36 D cup after surgery and for her breasts to have a natural slope and improved cleavage. She came to see Dr. Anton in Newport Beach, he told her that she was a candidate for a Mommy Makeover which is a breast augmentation with a breast lift and tummy tuck.
Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round silicone gel moderate plus profile 375 cc implants placed under the muscle. Dr. Anton also did a full mastopexy lift and liposuction to her lateral chest and anterior axilla to help improve the shape of her chest.
For her stomach, Dr. Anton did a full abdominoplasty with triple plication and liposuction to her abdomen and waist with an umbilical hernia repair. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
