39 year old woman, 5’5”, 145 lbs, breast augmentation with lift, tummy tuck, San Diego, Ca

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she was unhappy with her body after multiple pregnancies. She wanted a tighter stomach and perkier and fuller breasts. She wore a long 34 D cup and wanted to be a perky 34 DD cup. Dr. Mark Anton determined that she would need a breast lift, breast augmentation and a full tummy tuck in order to accomplish her desired outcome.

Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with Mentor high profile 700 cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle with a full mastopexy lift. He also did a full abdominoplasty with triple plication and liposuction to her abdomen, waist, and flanks. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
