THE PATIENT

This patient, a 38DDD, desired a smaller, more proportionate breast size with a natural contour, aiming for a small C cup. She underwent a breast reduction and implant exchange with Dr. Anton. A total of 250g of tissue was removed from the right breast and 200g from the left. To maintain shape and upper pole fullness, 195cc Allergan Natrelle Smooth Cohesive implants were placed. The procedure achieved a balanced, lifted appearance while meeting the patient’s size and shape goals.
