This patient had her original breast augmentation 30 years prior; she now wanted her breasts to be perkier and to feel softer. For this procedure her original smooth gel double lumen implants were removed (the outside capsule was ruptured but the inside capsule was intact) and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth silicone gel 325 cc implants. Her capsules were revised and she had a full mastopexy lift. These photos were taken 2.5 months after her surgery; her breasts felt much softer and more natural.
