This patient previously had a breast augmentation and came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she wanted her breasts to be perkier and more symmetric. Dr. Anton removed her original silicone gel implants (400 cc on the right, 450 cc on the left) and replaced them with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (400 cc on the right, 425 cc on the left.) He also did a full mastopexy lift to tighten her skin envelope making her breasts perkier. These photos were taken 1 year after her surgery.
