34 year old woman, 5’8”, 130 lbs, breast implant revision, breast lift, Los Angeles County, CA
This patient wanted a breast implant revision to have perkier breasts with better scars. She had her first breast surgery 16 years prior and has had a total of five breast surgeries. Before this procedure she had in McGhan 420 cc saline implants overfilled to 500 cc under the muscle. For this procedure she had bilateral submuscular capsuloplasties with removal of her intact implants and placement of Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 550 cc implants. She also had a secondary full mastopexy lift with suture raising of her inferior and lateral breast folds. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
