40 year old woman, 5’7″, 123 lbs., breast implant revision with lift, Newport Beach, Ca

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach for a breast implant revision. She originally had saline implants placed on top of the muscle but did not like the way they looked after breastfeeding 4 children. She came to Dr. Anton because she wanted her breasts to look more natural, perkier, and smaller. Dr. Anton advised her to do a breast lift and implant revision in order to tighten her skin envelope and make her breasts perkier. Dr. Anton removed her original overfilled saline implants and put new silicone gel implants under the muscle and did a full mastopexy lift. She went from wearing a 34 DDD cup to a full 34 C cup after surgery and loved how much more natural her breasts looked. These photos were taken 7 months after her surgery, her scars should fade with time.
