THE PATIENT

Like most of Dr. Anton’s breast revision patients, this patient had surgery elsewhere with another surgeon in 2005 and had never been happy with her results. She went from a 34B to a 36DD, which was not her expectation. Setting the right expectation is the first step toward getting the result you want. Dr. Anton takes time in his consultations to hear from patients what bothers them and what they are hoping to achieve with surgery.

Fortunately, this 55 year old patient finally got the breasts she wanted when Dr. Anton performed a Breast Revision Implant Removal surgery with a No-Drain Super Breast Lift. In surgery he removed her 390cc saline implants plus 175cc of fat from her breasts with liposuction to give her the small breast shape she desired. Then he performed a no-drain Super Breast Lift which lifts and tightens the tissues in the nipple areolar dermis, lower breast curve dermis, and lower breast fold dermis for better breast shape that holds over time.

The post op photos are taken three months after surgery. Her scars will continue to improve for up to one year.
