THE PATIENT

46-year-old woman, 5’6”, 138 lbs, breast implant revision with lift, tummy tuck with liposuction, San Clemente, CA

This patient from San Clemente came to Dr. Anton for a revision of her previous breast augmentation and to improve the appearance of her abdomen. One of her implants had ruptured, and she wanted a more balanced, natural result.

Dr. Anton removed her original 457cc implants and replaced them with smooth gel implants — 405cc on the right and 375cc on the left. A breast lift was performed, and excess tissue was removed (25g right, 55g left) to improve overall symmetry.

For her abdomen, Dr. Anton performed a tummy tuck with muscle tightening and removed 60 grams of loose tissue. Liposuction (400cc) was also performed to define the waist and enhance abdominal contour.
