This patient wanted a procedure that would tighten her skin, after having children and getting older her skin had lost a lot of its elasticity. For this surgery she had a full abdominoplasty with a lateral thigh lift, these procedures are ideal to do together because they can be done through the same incision. This patient was very pleased with how much tighter her stomach and thighs were after this surgery. These photos were taken 6 years after her surgery, the scars healed beautifully and the results held up with time.
